Do not forget to mention when you stopped playing and for how long you missed. Also, if you can remember at least with approximation the amount of diamonds you had when you left or you can come with a screenshot showing this (from before the time you left), it would be of great help. If any recharge was performed on your toon, ever, you find the info on your account main page, in My Orders - add that, too.REQUIRED INFO: Don't forget to provide your IGN, server name & number and screenshots for the issues & problems experienced. Recharge issues will require your transaction ID. Screenshots provided must be uncropped and timestamped.
