Thanksgiving not really celebrated in my country but when many people celebrate day of gratefulness, even more people joined. Turkey not common here but around thanksgiving many restaurant provide turkeys. But this year I'm craving to have big Salmon en Croute. Even I wont say no to any turkey on the table
