server S123 does not open, stuck with loading screen although my alt from 125 opens normally taking into consideration both servers s123 and s125 were UA 24

second thing my total BR before merge was 15 mill and when i checked ranks its down to 11 mil

you might check to see that you have everything equipped, something might have been unequipped in the transfer

Divine War crashed BEFORE merge lol - separate issue. 234 Sunless Sea still waiting to have their game profiles added back in...and hoping it's that simple. I for one am not up to building back up from scratch, will take time and money and invest it elsewhere.

Got an answer back from the ticket I filed, they are asking for character name, server name, date of creation, email address bound to r2 account, email address used for purchases, amount purchased and your ip address.

So file a ticket and have that information ready if/when they respond to it
