UD6 login issues

Dear players,

We are aware of the issue with not being able to login into ud6. Developers and technical departments have been engaged in an emergency investigation, with regards to the login problems on the servers in ud6 cluster. They are working on fixing this, but it is expected that downtime will last for longer than some hours. Compensation will be prepared and issued for the affected servers once they are back online.

We apologize for the inconvenience and we are grateful for everyone's patience, understanding and support!

the rabbit eggs were for easter 2018 ??? and therefore will never be used again

It seems that they have already issued compensation and that is not at all under our control, it is solely and entirely dev's decision for if, when, and what (the content of it). There are weak chances towards zero that to be changed .

well compensation issued so far is very poor -
nectar (20)
common bubble (600)
roses (1500)
green rabbit egg (50)
red rabbit egg (10)

none of those events running !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
no compensation for loss of stars for angels party from elemental zone
no compensation for loss of hot event rewards which also includes angel party
no compensation for loss of homestead rewards

etc etc etc

so I hope there will be proper compensation on monday

Hello daft. First of all thank you for coming with the confirmation. Will ask for the features not working to be checked. On Monday we'll also see how and when compensation for the issues faced is to be issued. Thank you once again, have a good weekend and enjoy playing. If anything else not working correctly or (god forbid it!!!) servers are down again, do not hesitate to post about it here.

Yes all is working and we can login - however little things not working correctly...............
hide feature is session only - need to click it each time you login.
daily loot - about shows each login.

otherwise all is working.
but lost a lot of rewards yesterday in hot events - missed out on daily events and also getting stars for angels party.
if we get compensation - then please NO GOLD - I got 350 billion gold - do not need any more - (note - I would not say this if single server tycoon was running ).

Good morning. I have already said in announcement that the eta for fixing this issue might be a little longer than few hours. Last update we got right now is that the login can be performed and servers are up again. Coming with a confirmation for this happening or not, would be highly appreciated. thank you.
