good evening, I have a problem, here I have just passed level 55 and impossible to open the shop of ares or the cross server domination, I'm on the S98 pseudo Grimmlock

good evening im on s99 and am lvl 79. i have had a problem opening ares shop and cross server domination. each time i try i get disconnected or it freezes my computer. would appreciate learning if there is a problem. i used to be able to do the domination without any issues.
