Cant log in Using Windows Live

Ive tried login in through many browser and only thing that lets me log in is using facebook Windows Live account login wont work it just keeps redirecting and coming up with errors please help

i cant even log in using and email and password because i have both facebook and windows live bound to same email and when i try resseting password it doesnt reset and support wont help no matter how i explain it to them i get same responce everytime

this is only happening on windows live not on facebook google and i dont have yahoo so i cant try that one

i reset the password then try login in using email but nothing it says email and password incorrect 1 of 5 attempts try 4 more times 15 waiting block

try clearing your cache and cookies.... the issue I will need to check with the techs

ive tried clearing caches cookies and also give my laptop a full factory reset and nothing works the login for others work but windows live doesnt and also when i try to change password it only works on my facebook login as marchkaim@hotmail.com my windows live is marchkaim@hotmail.com if theres a way to log into this without windows live login please help me with that saves me the trouble of contacting help again

it sounds like you need to unbind your email, so file a ticket and ask R2 to unbind the email
