Never able to Recharge, even once.

My player ID is Billiton King. I play in server S58 Plains of Valor. I live in Indonesia - Sout East Asia.
Since I play this game for the first time four days ago until today, I can't do anything to get VIP.
Every single Recharge's button in the game didn't do anything everytime I clicks it to pay and get the VIP stat.
I have contact the CS of the game, but the answer is suggest me to fill up the diamonds to get the VIP, THAT's exactly what I want to do, unfortunatelly the system of the game didn't do anything everytime I click the Recharge button. No matter which button is. Everysingle of them is do nothing.
Anyone have the same problem? How can you fix this and become VIP? Thank you.

it can mean that the transaction has not been processed and forwarded to R2 games

what that means is that the payment provider processes the payment, takes the money then there are delays in forwarding the transaction details to R2 so your account is credited with the diamonds.... its one of the most common reasons why there are issues with payments... and its down right annoying for the staff and the players....

so you may need to file a payment ticket with R2 games, with as information about the payment as possible so R2 billing team can follow it up and find out what has happened.... generally we suggest that players wait a while before filing a ticket just in case its a short delay ( phone payments can take up to 24 hours to be sent from the mobile phone payment provider to R2 games ) http://support.r2games.com/ so if you need to file a ticket, make sure its a payment ticket and if the payment comes thru after you send the ticket and before you get a reply from R2 games, reply to the ticket and let the R2s know, it helps speed up the system if the R2s know a issue is resolved without them needed to check the payment.
