missing rewards from pandoras boxes

hi ive been puting lots of diamonds on pandoras boxes event n when im collecting i dont get ALL the rewards from the BOXES

let say i have lvl3 gem pack in 2 boxes + 1 lvl 5 gem on the other box i will get the bonus for the lvl 3 gem packs n i wont get the lvl 5 gem from the other box this was happening all over the event n i lost countlless DM n GEMS

i used around 35k DM


i want ALL my REWARDS PLEASE

have you read the event description ?

1) Open 3 unique treasures to RANDOMLY recieve ONE of the treasures
2) if TWO of the treasures ARE THE SAME, you will recieve 4x the reward
3) if THREE of the treasures ARE THE SAME, you will recieve 9x the reward

IF you get 2x level 3 gems, you will not get the level 5 gem, you will only get the rewards for the level 3 gems because the level 3 gem is the reward randomly chosen by the system

NO it stated "recieve one of the treasures" i have three boxes therefore i get 1 treasure from each BOX this is what i understood

u didnt make clearly enough therefore i lost countlless diamonds in the hopes of me getting lvl 5 but insted i got somthing else

n BTW i read it carefully

n i want my DM back or the gems i didnt get

n 1 more thing this didnt happen in last pandoras box e if clicked on of the same n one not the same i got all BOXES

u changed the event mechanisem n therefore missled a lot of users who already played this event

the first line is clear, OPEN 3 treasures to randomly recieve ONE of them it does not say open 3 treasures to recieve one item from each treasure.

the event was not changed, it is the same event being rerun.

No "open three unique treasures to randomly recieve ONE of the treaures" lets analayze that i open the three treasure boxes by puting 90 DM the treasures are random there is a random 1 treasure in each BOX (i have 3 boxes thus i get the 1 random treasure
which resides in each box) this is what i understood from the statement "open 3 unique treasures to randomly recieve one of the treasures (n u can take it to court)

You have been explained by both the moderator and the other players. You are not entitled to anything but the middle box unless there is a match of 2 or 3 of the boxes. I'm sorry you are not understanding but it is clearly stated on the event. You are not entitled to anything more than what you received.
