    Hello, need some help here, i do recharge for twice today, 1st recharge for 1300+100 diamonds and 2nd recharge 650+50 diamonds, but i only get 1st recharge, where is my 2nd recharge?

    http://r2games.desk.com on the left side you can see "open ticket". follow the steps and you will be serviced. Nothing can be done here from the forums.

      make a ticket (if you can cause I cant) but the answer will be sorry but ours side the transaction hasnt been done verify if you been charged (I suppose it does) but youll have to contact you credit card company

        Good morning

        I would like to recharge, but i get only a message: Payment sent to the payment processor, waiting for confirmation
        I let the process window for half hour to work but nothing changed
        What can i do ?

            i myself have had this issue just recently exactly same amount and also on 2 different accounts.my payment was through fbpay though have submitted 2 tickets and fb support has also contacted developer and 48 hours later still no reply.i know is on $4.99 that is in limbo but was for me to reset hammers in crazy egg smash so i could attempt to get last 3 shards for phantos merc.So kinda bad timing .

                I have submitted the ticket with a screenshot of the receipt for fbpay from my email but as of yet have received no email from r2 support or message on accout for r2 site sono ticket number as of yet. As soon as was done submitting ticket I clicked confirm when it said an email would be sent to my email account
                have been checking for 2 days and no reply same with the r2 account page no messages
