Game goes black while entering Cloudwinder

Because R2-client and Miniclient dont work i log in with browser now. But another problem occurs. Every time i try to enter Cloudwinder the game throws me out. Getting a black screen.
First it was only the gem-side of tower. But know the elementaltower is throwing me out too.

Help please?

and this happens while you are in cloudwinder and elemental tower right?

clear cache and cookies and flush dns then reload. If that does not work please submit a ticket

Thanks for the help but already tried to flush all. Reported it yesterday. In some kind of loop in Cloudwinder now. I come in game in Cloudwinder, automatically jumps in fight and screen goes black.
So no playing game today i guess. Hope they resolve it soon.

Because resolvement doesnt come quick. I did some investigation myself. Used all entries to game to play Cloudwinder. Going in to FB i discovered i can finish Cloudwinder. Going in with Website it still goes black on lv80 gemside and lv20 elementalside.

have to add i did all suggestions elves made. not working. only if i go back to windowsXP on old pc it all works fine.
i have windows10 on new pc.
