    Recharge question

    Hello=)
    I recently recharged but did not use all the points on my Ultimate game card. It says they were converted to Ultimate Pay points. How might I redeem these? I have never had remaining points stored before. Thanks=)

        when i recharge today i cant clame a gift pack new erver events im harvey S1 server

          i have recharged twice, but cannot claim the New Server Reward. it has a timer on it, i'm guessing this will be when the offer ends. why can't i recieve my pack. i'm on (S1) Autumn Hollow. Character is: AstroZora

            please fix the bug before the time running out,,clear the caches and refresh chrome, retart pc all of that was nothing happen stil recharge i cant claime gift pack
