I have lost some br because my astral will not register

<these are some before and after screenshots of the problem. I have lost about 3k in br give or take some due to a patk astral not registering on my merc in the game. I have cleared my cash, refreshed and even tried transferring between my mercs but still no change. I am on server 1 and game name is AgilFireborn and the game is Shadowbound. Please help me with this problem.
