Falcor + Clairvoyance

If I use Clairvoyance on my falcor the mana sets itself on 10 like the skill says but the talisman doesn't give 25+ with it. So you can't use that talisman with falcor?

To better illustrate the problem can someone post a video of this issue? (I understood the screenshots though)[Now that question is just for additional proof]

That aside i do wonder what the benefit is of getting only 10 mana back... the incrementals are always 25 so you still need 4 x 25 to reach the full mana status for special (in this case you get 110)... does that do anything extra?
