I have a question about this empty icon Med. in character's equip... What's the meaning of Med.? How can I use it?

You mean the medallion in the bottom left of the character's equip? You buy medallions with insigs you get from the Group Arena and Battle Ground. Not really worth the insig costs for the lower lvl medallions if you don't do the GA/BG enough. Later on they are worth it though.

the Medallions is for honor seekers u must have Honor in order to unlock the Medallions with more Honor u have and you dont get any untill u achieve 2000 honor i recommend doing any and all BG if you are seeking lots of Honor but becareful after you reach lvl 6 honor after each death in BG you lose honor so its your choice everyone ive talked to is Holding at lvl 5 honor well hope this answered your question
