There is no way to trade items in Wartune for R2Games.

Is this gear that you have created in game and enchanted to max, but have now upgraded to the next set?

Depending on what gear you have, you can use some gear to upgrade it to legendary, or in the case of lvl 70 gear, you need it to upgrade to lvl 80.

If it's none of those, they are worth gold or you can recycle them for refinement crystals.
