There should be an auction house, but it hasn't been enabled yet. Unbound items will eventually be the ones you can sell in ah. For now, they're the same as bound except they take up bag space.

NO AH implemented atm but there a chance it might later on just no one knows when, or if they decided to just not do it all together anymore. It's your risk to save unbounds or not save them if you want. Me I am saving some unbounds just incase they implement the AH soon.
