Soul crystals and mounts?

Wht r soul crystals even for? i got like 100 of em but dont kno wht to do with them...and how do u get a mount? is it at a certain level cuz im at lv 31 lol

Soul crystals are for soul engraving; it enhances the power of your gems. You can use it when you reach level 35.

Mount. You can use it when you reach level 40.

How do You use soul crystals, In the quest it saya to click on them, okay so I did now what, nothiing happend

Charles...when in game go to your char screen. next to your helm you'll see a button (can't remember what it looks like but when you cursor over it says daru engraving or soul engraving) click on it and hit engrave
