You may make it look easy, but it seems to me your whole group has pve set? The rage bonus seems a rather large part of the success you get there..

Can someone tell me how best to beat it when your team is on pvp sets? What BR required, what set up (and how many rage runes? xD)

Before we got into the PvE gear typically for Nemrut it was like 1-2 Rage Runes for us. If he wasn't throwing a lot of crits onto the tank could typically get away with only 1 rage rune if you started the fight with 100 rage, using the first two trash mobs to build to 100 rage. If you plan ahead when you'll need to use the rage rune the rune won't take up a round where you can do 2 actions Rune + Cast in the same round. Best way to do this is to have the rune ready to click right when your ability is going off from the previous round, will have your rune go off at the beginning of next round and your ability typically go off at the end of the same round.
