Question regarding mage build

Hi

Im a mage lvl 39 and Im having hard time beating archers with similar br 14k cos of their insane crits, so how do we mages counter their crits? Also question to high lvl 70+ mages: shell I go for crit or noncrit build as a mage, for now i see if i use noncrit build I do a lot less dmg, Thx.

Easy, after 50v you eat archers Hehe
You must focus on matak and pdef, next is mdef and hp. If you use pvp set and have 3 gem slots in each gear , 8x matk,8x pdef, 5/6x mdef and rest - hp.
Astro what you use - matk pdef will destroyer mdef and goddess blessing

Mages easily beat hunter's at high similar levels.There isn't any player that has reached 70+ yet, (99% sure). So just level up/ ench/astrology/pet/seal's etc etc, don't forget to do daily goddess defence for gem's. In no time you gonna beat em up c:

Use Will Destroyer, always. And Crit for World Boss.

To deal with Archers, it's a matter of killing them first at your level.
Later on Troop Count and Pdef are gonna be the main two ways for you to counter Archers. Troops will keep em occupied, Pdef will reduce damage you take from them.

As a 70+ Mage myself, Will Destroyer is generally the best way to go, only time you want to use Critical is during World Boss or when you are doing something and required to be constantly healing. This way you can pull off a critical heal every now and then.

The damage you gain from Critical is not worth the loss of defense.

Daily devo would be my guess. Not everyone has the same level of English, so some describe it in different words. Including referring to archers as hunters.
