Best Ranger Guide?

I want to start out as a Ranger since I heard it's an awesome class. I have no idea which build is the best for a Ranger (PvE) so I want some suggestions, Advantages & Disadvantages, & links to guides can be helpful too. Thanks! ^^

Wrong subforum. There's no ranger in Wartune.
