VIP troubles, please help

So i ordered VIP, and its not activating for my char. I thought it didn't go through but when i go to re-do it all, it says there is VIP still active on my char and i can not redeem at this time. So.. how do i activate it?

I had to deal with the same issue myself on a couple of accounts....... if you can use a alternative payment once like a ultimate game card, then you should be able to go back to using your normal vip subscription method.......
