just play n play...u get 200 xp daily.to level ..n runes too

tanks is an event like battle grounds, i think u need to be lv 38 to enter 'tanks'. The key to it? just keep on participating u gain runestones and if ure lucky for a begginner-runes, also u gain 200 exp from each tank battle u participate in once daily which thereby helps in levelling up ur tank. simple as that.
