Guild Master Question

If I'm in a guild and the Guild Master has been inactive for 5 days at this point, is there a way to like...kick them? I want to be able to upgrade things and so do the other members. Can anyone help me? I'm looking to not have to start all over in a new guild!

A Guild Master may be impeached and replaced if offline for 10 days.
