that is... Battle Rating?

the red rectangule shows the BR (battle rating). It means how strong the hero (the owner of the charachter you are looking at) is. Is the sum of all the numbers of every stat (Physical attak, Magic attak etc), that you will see in the inferior part, and will be modified acoording to your level, gems socked, potion drank, status.....etc.
