So you’ve been playing Wartune, but can’t quite find that edge to measure up to some of the challenges or other players? Well keep reading, we recently stumbled upon just the trick for you, and you won’t believe how amazingly easy it is! And the best part? It will cost you nothing.

We were talking to our good friend and Wartune overseer, GM Ares, when he divulged to us that he discovered how to maximize your gains from gems – A little-known secret that THEY don’t want you to know, but we will now reveal for your benefit!

To upgrade gems, as you may know, it takes 4 of the same level to Synthesize one of the next level; this, however is only true until level 7; gems of level 8 and up only take 3 to upgrade!

But THAT’S NOT ALL!

Here’s the kicker: you do not need to buy all the Transposer Scrolls to upgrade every gem. There is a simple trick to get around them…

So what are THEY hiding?

First off, you only need one Transposer of the gem level you wish to upgrade to. For instance, you already get levels 1 to 4 automatically, and some free level 5 ones simply from doing quests (specifically level 5 HP, MDEF and PDEF Transposers). You can then buy your Transposers up to level 8 (using free bound Balens if you prefer) and use the Convert function in the Blacksmith those to switch gems to the type you want.

BUT WAIT!

What about those pesky level 9+ Transposers?

Prepare to be shocked – These can actually be acquired for free at random from completing the Tormented Necropolis at levels 10, 15, 20 and so on...

FREE.

LEVEL 9 (and above).

TRANSPOSERS!

YEAH, so u spend 3 crypt keys a day trying to get a transponder drop? good luck with that, cheaper to buy the transponders. And, please, tell me, How do you clear those levels WITHOUT the required gems?

Gems: So maxed out all your gems? Don't want to buy 3 types of level 6 transposer to continue upgrading? Buy one transposer type, then use the blacksmith to convert them to the sort you actually want.

dont forget that u can, for example, use 16 level 5 gems for a lvl 7 gem, wthout a lvl 6 transporter. just click on the lvl 7 gem and click on craft which asks if u want to use 16 lvl 5 gems for lvl 7 gem.

this is stupid at level 7 of course you only need 3 gems cuz you already made one thus you only need 3 more to make it a level 8 come on now in the end you still end up making the same amount of gems to make a level 8 versus a level 7 it just seems like less cuz you already had a exsisting one
