Can anyone tell me how you leave Guilds ?

Alternative 1:
1) Click the Guild icon bottom right or hotkey: G
2) A new window will pop up with the guild interface. Click on members tab. Bottom right of that window is a button to leave guild.
leaving guild this way will give you a 24hour cooldown to join another guild.
Alternative 2:
Ask for a guild kick from Guild Officers or Guild Master.
leaving guild this way gives you no cooldown and you can join a different guild right away.
