Firstly, only the guild master can produce the link you are talking about. Otherwise, check out the Guildmasters guide. It has a lot of good information on the interface. The pictures posted there are from about a year ago, and the interface has changed a little, but the idea is the same, but everything is now under the member screens. Use the "Link" button to recruit via world chat.
