troop enlighment

im 51lvl archer. what must i do about alighment?
i've got templars 51lvl enlighted to lvl2 (10% hp)
should i continiu hp nlightment or may be it is posible to change it to patk?? if it's so? how to do it?

Keep enlightening until you get patk, it takes a bit of luck.
