Reset Talants

Wondering about talent reset. If I reset talents, do I lose all my points? Right now I'm at talent level 20 so if I reset do I get 20 free points to place wherever I want or do I start over at level 1 with no points? Also does the gold/exp per talent reset too?

The next talent point is the same cost as it is now, so 40mil exp and 800k gold.

I see thanks. How do people farm talents so long at level 53 or something then?

Sometimes they don't neccessarily farm talents at that level (i.e 53 or 54) since the cap is so low. Those players usually just avoid doing a lot of things that give exp like finishing MPDs. However, that is after they cap their talent level.
