Ok here's how you do tok nm easily, if one has a sylph, or is dressed.
If sylph, Don't hs until you can awaken. HS, if you got him, don't awaken, if you didn't, awaken. COMMUNICATE!
This strat also works with 2 people with sylph. again, got him, don't awaken, didn't, awaken. CUMMINICATE.
If you stun 2 times perfect, he won't do anything during awaken form.
If one is dressed, this is a bit harder. you need luck with first or 2 first stun.
Either you take a gamble, and say, hey we can survive 1 turn, and do an aoe then hs. Hope to get him, if not, start over.
Second stun should come around when you can awaken, so take the strat from above, and hope for the best.
