How can I hight my hero strenght?

My hero stamina is always gone and I got a few stamina.How shoud I do?
Please tell me.My Hero class is mage...

The only ways I know of to get more are to get the 60 stamina from the altar of ennoblement by cultivating, through the guild altar/wheel, and by the 5am server reset.
