Soul crystals for Daru engraving can be obtained through doing lvl35+ solo and multiplayer dungeons. Then when you reach 95 devotion, you get some too.
And if you feel peckish, you can get them from Shop for balens.

The balens in the shop for the soul crystals are way over priced. They should lower it to 2 cent per soul crystal or something.
