ok i was wondering as to what battle rating you should be to get your first sylph
i have collected the quests 10 essence and it won't continue it still says (0/10)
fighting them i can't beat the iris

you have to beat the sylphs first.

When you beat the sylph, it will drop an essence. That will be 1/10.
