    Outland System

    Version 6.1: The Outland System

    Intro
Since the Outlands were discovered, fierce battles have erupted throughout the land as conquerors came to take over and colonize the land. However, until this day no one has been able to hold on to the land. Who will step forth to conquer and claim this land and its resources as their own?!

    1. Outland Requirements
    • Before entering the Outland contest, Guild Leaders will need to spend 500,000 Guild Wealth to enroll their guilds. Guilds may then join outland events the following day. Event duration is based on months. One event session consists of 1 real life month. After a session ends, the system will redistribute all Guilds and parties and reset all posts. Guild Leaders should use Guild Wealth to enroll their Guilds in the events on the 1st day of each month.

    2. Outland Matching Rules:
    1. The system will match guilds from the same server group into teams based on Guild Battle Rating and the number of enrolled guilds. Each team has 4 parties with each party including at least 2 guilds.
    2. When outland events have started for any given month, guilds that enroll midway will join the party with the lowest Battle Rating.
    3. When outland events for a month start, if a guild is dismissed midway, all guild members from that guild will be removed from the party.

When two parties are at war, members from both parties can only join their own party's faction. Other parties can only join the party with fewer people. Each faction can have up to 30 players. 5 minutes before the Post Grab ends, players can no longer join.

    • The attacking party and defending party point bars can be seen at the top of the battlefield. The first party to earn full points or the party with more points when time runs out wins.
    • Players may enter the battlefield 3 minutes before to prepare themselves for the battle. But they can only wait on the two sides of the battlefield and cannot enter the post during this time.
    • There are 9 posts on the battlefield. Both parties can kill enemies or occupy posts to earn points. Having more occupied posts will accelerate the increase rate for points.
    • Players may click nearby posts to move around, but they cannot move to the enemy base. Players may attack an enemy post or a neutral post and can defend their own posts. A successful attack will help a party occupy a post.
    • There is a 14 second cool down after each move.
    • If an enemy post is not guarded by anyone, it will be automatically occupied by the attacking party. If a post is guarded when a party attacks, one of the defenders will fight back. If no defenders are available, the attacking party will automatically occupy the post.
    • Defeated players will revive in the base.

    • Point Rules

    3. Parties will be ranked in real time based on Party Points. Players can check the rankings on the event panel. At the end of each round, rewards will be issued based on Party Points. Settlement rewards for the day will be issued after the final round for the day ends.

      Sign Up Requirements
You should party up with your spouse and sign up as the team leader. The team leader needs to pay 2M Gold as a sign-up fee. Couples can sign up at any time except when battle is underway and during the settlement period following the last round of a session. Note: Since there is final settlement at the end of a session, couples can only sign up at 0:00 the next day after the final round has ended for the session.

      Rules
Event Time: There are 4 sessions a year. Beginning January, 3 months constitute 1 session. When a session ends, points will reset.
Duration: There are 10 rounds during each match, starting at 20:00 every Sunday night and ending at 21:00. Each round lasts 180 seconds. There is a 120 second interval between two rounds.
Match Procedure: After signing up, couples can click [Start] on the event panel to enter the hall. Based on points, players with the same or the closest points will be matched to a battle. You may enter a fight on your own or with your spouse.
If you enter the hall during the 120 second interval, you may join the following round. Otherwise, you will skip the current round and join the next round. When 10 rounds end, settlement mail will be sent.
Point Rules: Based on the result of each round, each party will be awarded party points. Players will enter the Diamond Tier, Gold Tier, Silver Tier or Iron Tier based on party points at the end of each round. A party must have over 200 points in order to receive rewards.

      Point Requirement

      Player Complaints:
"Newly-weds who sign up for the event at a later time will not be able to catch up with those who participated in the event before!"
As a session proceeds, points will be "modified" for couples who sign up after a few matches have already occurred to ensure that all couples receive points in a fairly equal way.

"After getting into a higher tier, we can just get rewards even if we do not join the following battles!"
Not really. After rewards are issued for each round, points will decease slightly. Players need to keep participating in Venus' Battle to guarantee a higher tier.

"Do winning streaks offer extra rewards?"
Players will receive extra points for win streaks. The more rounds players win in a row, the more bonus points they will receive.

      Special Features
Inspire: Besides using various scrolls before the match, players can spend Balens to inspire their own party and increase party members' attributes and Sylph attributes by 10% during battle.
Each time a party uses Inspire, Inspire level increases by 1. Both parties can use Balens to inspire their own party and Inspire effects can stack.
Max Inspire level is 10, increasing all attributes by 100%.
Effects of Inspire manifest in the next battle and last 1 battle round. At the end of a round, Inspire level and effects will reset.

        Eudaemon Diagram

        I. Prologue
The number of Eudaemons keeps increasing which may make it harder to look for a specific Eudaemon. Therefore, a new Eudaemon panel has been created! The new panel will not only display Eudaemon quantity but will classify them. Plus, more features such as Eudaemon Diagram, Conversion and Awakening have been added. You can also use materials to summon Eudaemons when troops meet the required conditions!

There are 3 main features in the Eudaemon Diagram.

        1. Summon Eudaemon
Players can summon Eudaemons when they collect required Eudaemon materials and their Eudaemon's growth reaches the required level. Eudaemon materials can be obtained in Eudaemon Patrol. The system will show requirements when players click the [Summon] button. See image below.

        2. Eudaemon Growth
â‘* Eudaemon Growth: Eudaemons of each type have independent growth. Eudaemon growth depends on the highest level Eudaemon of that type. Every time the highest level Eudaemon of a certain type advances one level, growth of that Eudaemon type increases by 100.
â‘¡ Eudaemon Growth Total = the growth sum of all of a certain type of Eudaemon (Each Eudaemon's growth can be seen in the panel). [See â‘* in the image below]
â‘¢ Increasing Growth level will grant Eudaemons positive effects during battle. [See â‘¡ in the image below]
â‘£ Players may need to upgrade Eudaemon growth to a certain level before summoning specific Eudaemons. [See â‘¢ the in image below]
⑤ Players can click a Eudaemon image in the Eudaemon Diagram panel to check its inherit percentage and skills when the Eudaemon maxes out at level. (See ④ in the image below)

Once a Eudaemon is awakened, it can be set as a sub Eudaemon and join battles. (For more info about sub Eudaemon, please check [V. Sub Eudaemon] below.)
Improving Eudaemon soul power will increase the percentage of attributes the sub Eudaemon obtains during battle. See image below for details.
        â‘¡ Awakening Condition:
Specific troop specialties should reach a certain level (there may be different troop requirements for different Eudaemons. When clicking [Awaken], players can see the required conditions for awakening a Eudaemon. (Red text in image below.)

        1. A Eudaemon will be replaced by a sub Eudaemon in the same spot when the sub Eudaemon is sent for battle.
        2. To differentiate main Eudaemon from sub Eudaemon, sub Eudaemons will be displayed in grey. (See image below)
        3. Sub Eudaemons can cast active skills, but cannot cast general and Delphic skills.
        4. Sub Eudaemons may take Sylphs with them, but the sub Eudaemon's BR and its Sylph's BR will not count towards the player's total BR.

              Titan System

              Prologue
4 Titans have been added to the original 3 Titans. Similar to the previous 3 Titans, the 4 new Titans also have their own skills and attributes. Players may mix and match different Titan skills during battle.

Players can earn Titan Seals by participating in events.

              Skill Tips
After casting Arcane Power, there will be no cool down for the next active skill. But players need to ensure that they have enough Rage and Awakening points to cast an active skill for 2 turns in a row.

Iron Will is a very powerful skill, which may allow players to awaken their Sylphs in the second round during the first battle.

Moon Guardian is a core skill when joining MP Dungeons, but skill effects cannot stack.

Celestial Strength is an amazing skill for players with high crit because it may double crit damage for 3 turns.

                Divine Altar (New)

                1. Prologue
Warriors of Gaia, band together and challenge the Divine Altar which has been haunted by hellish demons! Cooperate to clear away the obstacles and take back the alter! Do this and victory will be yours!

Upon entering the Divine Altar, guild members should work together. Powerful guild members can use their strength to improve the general abilities of all guild members. Divine Altar aims to create good rapport between guild members and increase guild members' sense of cooperation.

                2. Entry
Divine Altar Entry: Guild —> Guild Event —> Divine Altar
Note: Divine Altar will start 5 minutes after the Guild Leader unlocks it. Players can enter the Divine Altar ahead of time. Divine Altar lasts 30 minutes each time.

                3. Unlock Requirement
There are two requirements for unlocking Divine Altar:
                1. Only Guild Leaders can unlock Divine Altar.
                2. Unlocking Divine Altar consumes 50, 000 Guild Wealth, the equvalent of 50M Gold.
(Note: Guild Wealth is donated by all guild members.)

                4. Gameplay Info
When the event starts, players can choose which layer they want to attack.
The first layer is inhabited by minions, and the second layer by BOSSes.

                (1) First Layer (Minion Layer):
Minions refresh at certain intervals. As time passes by, the new minions will be more difficult to deal with. Previous minions will not vanish until players kill them.

The number of minions will affect player attack and BOSS damage.
                A. There is a positive correlation between BOSS damage and the number of minions:
At the beginning, 20 minions exist on the first layer. Up to 300 minions may exist. 20 minions will appear every 2 minutes. When the number of minions hits 40, BOSS damage will increase by 200%. When the number hits 220, BOSS damage will increase by 2000% (maximum BOSS damage boost).

                B. There is a positive correlation between the number of minions players defeat and player attack:
While players are fighting minions, all Divine Altar participants will receive blessings. For every 20 minions killed, the Goddess’ Blessing EXP will increase a certain amount causing all participants to gain a positive effect.
When 20 minions are killed, player attack increases by 15%; when 200 minions are killed, player attack bonus is maxed out, increasing by 150%.

                (2) Second Layer (BOSS Layer):
There are 8 BOSSes in the scenario. Players need to defeat the eight BOSSes one by one. When all BOSSes are defeated or when time runs out, players will exit Divine Altar.

BOSS battle mode in Divine Altar is similar to that in World BOSS. All players work together to deal damage to the BOSS. BOSS HP won't recover. For every BOSS defeated, players will receive a certain amount of Fang of Fear. The player to deal the last blow will receive an extra 50% Fang of Fear. Following BOSSes will offer more rewards.

                5. Item Source
Fang of Fear can be obtained by defeating Divine Altar BOSS.

                6. Notes:
                1. Battles on minion and BOSS layers are PvE (solo) mode. A guild member will be teleported to a nearby revive point when defeated.
                2. Fang of Fear can be used in Adv. Guild Shop to buy advanced items.
                3. Divine Altar can only be unlocked once and reset at midnight every day.

                  Unlock Requirement
Both parties should be Lvl. 36+ and not engaged/married to someone else. Marriage is not subject to friendliness and gender. You may propose to your significant other even if you're not friends. Once your proposal is accepted, you will be married and you will find each other in your friend lists. You cannot move your other half to the blacklist.

                  Gameplay Info
                  1. Marriage Process Optimization
After reaching Lvl. 80 you will automatically accept the "Marriage" quest. After a successful proposal, you will receive Rose Hazel x1 and Eternal Heart x1 as a reward. The old way of proposing is still valid. You can also party up with your S.O. and visit NPC Andrew to be united. The party leader should propose using a wedding ring. You're automatically married once you propose successfully. You do not need to hold a wedding ceremony and directly use the marriage system. Players who are engaged in the old patch will be automatically married when the new patch is updated.

                  2. Redefining Marriage Process
Weddings are not compulsory any more. Couples may choose not to hold a wedding. After you successfully propose, you will enjoy a discount if you hold a wedding within 72 hours. (Remarried couples also enjoy this time-limited discount.) When your wedding starts, the system will automatically invite all your online friends to attend. The rose petal effect and fireworks have been removed from weddings in the new patch.

                  3. Divorce
After you successfully propose, you will see a divorce option in the NPC panel. You may divorce as soon as you are married if you so choose. There are 3 ways to divorce: Divorce for free, Uncontested Divorce and Compulsory Divorce.

Compulsory Divorce: You may use a few Balens to instantly divorce your spouse.
Uncontested Divorce: Both parties will spend a few Balens. You should party up with your spouse and ask for a divorce as the party leader.
Divorce for free: If your spouse does not come online for 5 days, you may apply for a free divorce.

Once you're divorced, you will not enjoy a satisfaction bonus and your marriage skills will be disabled, but both side’s satisfaction will remain.

When both your and your spouse's Satisfaction are Lvl. 9, Satisfaction will automatically advance to Happiness. You can use Vow Marks to upgrade Happiness and obtain more attribute bonus.

Satisfaction (Happiness) will be based on the lowest level of you and your spouse's Satisfaction (Happiness). For instance, if your Satisfaction is Lvl. 10 and your spouse's is Lvl. 5, then both of you will enjoy a Lvl. 5 Satisfaction bonus. You may spend 100 Balens to help increase your spouse's Satisfaction or Happiness by 200, up to 5 times a day.

In the Wedding Ring panel, you can use Eternal Hearts (or Balens) to craft Wedding Rings. "Star & Crescent" is a default wedding ring skill. This skill can help a couple restore HP during a battle and remove negative effects. This skill will be improved as Wedding Ring level increases.

Wedding Rings will automatically advance to a higher stage upon reaching Lvl. 9. Afterwards, you can use Love Forever to advance train the Wedding Ring. Once the Wedding Ring reaches Lvl. 10, a new marriage skill will be activated. Following that, for each level advanced, one marriage skill will be activated. When all marriage skills are activated, marriage skill levels will increase in order as the Wedding Ring level increases.

The new patch removed the restriction for satisfaction. Divorced players can continue to train their wedding ring. Marriage skills are no longer subject to battle scenarios. Couples can use marriage skills as long as they're in the same battle.

â‘* Marriage Tree Watering: Based on Marriage Tree level, every day that you cultivate your Marriage Tree you will receive materials used to improve satisfaction and craft wedding rings. The higher the Marriage Tree level, the more it yields. You and your spouse need to cultivate each of your Marriage Trees respectively. Your Marriage Tree may require weeding and exterminating pests every hour. You and your spouse need to do this for each other so that you can help increase each other's Marriage Tree EXP. You may use Gold (Balens) to water your Marriage Tree 5 times a day. (Gold 5 times + Balens 5 times)
â‘¡ Marriage Tree Cultivation: You may use items to fill your tree's status value. When status value is 1,000, you will directly receive yields for the corresponding tree level. After receiving yields, you need to wait 12 hours before you can cultivate the Marriage Tree again.
