[Merged] All dimentions with invaders after merge

Hi, we got merge today (eu servers) and what we got is all our dimentions are invaded, even those fully occupied with few % life remaining. It doesnt let us to teleport into any of those dimentions. Question is will it be sorted out or those dimentions are lost now? should we wait or just delete them and start new ones?




Also sylph arena got reset as well.

Ouch, now I'm glad we didn't get a merge...

Dimension with less than 80% life are not even possible to invade - according to documentation, so this is a serious bug

same problem with mine in s335...

i hope something is done. don't have many adv dimensions. at the very least i wanna have a chance to recapture my dimension if there are invaders.
some mod please let me know if i need to make ticket. thank you

AluDaris, according to the documentation we've been given you are correct and this does seem like a bug. Have you submitted a ticket with these screenshots, if you haven't heard back from them in 24 hours please post the ticket # here.

t8912, you both should also be able to go back to defend I'd think.

Have either of you gotten a mail that says you were pushed out of the dimension?

Submitted just now #338580. We can not claim dimentions back, coz teleport buttons are grayed out.

Andraemalek from S311 here with the same problem. My ticket number is 339213.

S335 Huntress same problem. Since 05.15 merge can't enter dimensions at all. We losing rewards. And getting only dimensions rewards packs, but not chests. Two days of that. Tens people complaining about same. You gonna fix it or what?

Response I got the other day "We have alerted the developers but have to wait for them to fix the issues." So we wait..

Nothing yet. Hope it's gonna be fixed after MT tomorrow. Opened advanced dimension just a day before merge. Wouldn't like to loose it..
