Guild ZeroHour beat Wardens 10k to 75 pts in the first round of the top 8. Yet the game gave us the loss and them the win! Awesome job (sarcasm - in case you cant tell).

We got a mail message saying we were rank 4 (zerohour) but yet as seen in that picture we are in the 5-8 bracket and the team we beat (no way we could have beaten them any more than we did) is showing in 1-4... -
Are there any other screenshots to accompany this? Inbox mail? System message? Screenshot of final screen within battle? Anything extra would help a lot. Unfortunately the current screenshot on it's own just shows ZeroHour won the battle

I have sent a ticket about this also - both us (Harmony) and our opponents (Warlords) have won all matches so far in CSGB, and yet we are showing as ranks 7 & 8 atm lol. They say they are aware of this problem - any update as to when it will be amended?

Same here from SHIELD. Won the battle and the Email shows rank 4 but we are in 5th to 8th bracket. I have also sent a ticket.
