Your mentors sign in post a message then ignore messages and go play on their server. This is ridiculous you guys comp these players to answer questions and all we get is dead air. you need a mentor report button in game.

From the forum, we can not do anything directly. The above link will reach the support team who deal with the mentors.
Oh, for future reference, this is the 'mentor report button' in game:
If you ever use this button, please be sure to attach a screenshot or video (tutorials in my signature) to accompany. Be sure also, to give a time frame the mentor was in game. Any (constructive) feedback about any type of support is welcome. Much appreciated.Retired Moderator.
