    Support Ticket History Lookup

    It seems like R2 support portal has been upgraded again.
    I can't find the link to look up an existing support ticket.
    Could a mentor look this up for me? Thanks.

    They replaced the page we've been using as a work around with the new system. Currently, the only way to view tickets is via email when your ticket has been responded to.

    Another request has been sent to IT to provide a way to access tickets in the absence of an email.

        It'll probably be a while before there's any updates, considering we've been pushing this since the new platform first rolled out.
