New Patch/Code in Email

Several players on several different servers have told us that there was an email with free week vip code inside for this new patch released but I've received nothing on both my emails. I've sent tickets yesterday regarding this, no response. Anyone else know about this?

Received an email saying only accounts that registered 2016 and earlier would get the promotional codes. Well... I've been registered since 2013.... Email's been replied, just waiting for another response.
