i cant login even i go to r2 official website directly. what the hell is happening dude? WE ARE THE CUSTOMERS PLEASE if there is an update of our latest as a consumer is not given complete information?

I do apologize that there hasn't been a swift solution for your issue.. we don't know why you can't log in, everything is fine on our end. All we can do is just try things until something works. Sometimes the firewall blocks the game, sometimes the router's firewall sets itself to Highest and blocks the game, sometimes the anti-virus software blocks the game.. so need to go through all of those and make sure nothing is set to the highest security settings.

You will need to google instructions for that. Start with "How to change firewall settings on" and put in what operating system you are using. You can google the same for the router firewall, by putting in the brand of firewall you use.

This thread is not for the facebook login issue. It's for salamandraquantica's strange issue that's unrelated to your issue. Please locate or create your own thread. I do recommend reading the notice at the top of the forum screen, on every forum page, that instructs you to go to the facebook page for the game.

the problem is not firewall but only player who use face book have the problem i have not he problem but if i log my freinds account than i cant log hem becouse he use face bookaccount and i get the same problem as serkolinaskepri

For the Facebook login issue - Read the NOTICE at the TOP of the FORUM PAGE. Click the link in the notice, then click on your game in the list, and access the game through Facebook.

I got one of our support staff to log you in and out again. Just to clear any sessions that might have been lingering. Have you tried a different computer? It you can log on another computer then it makes sense its your pc. Let us know if that works.
