No gift piles on 842 and 843

When the beginner events ended on 841 they got gift piles right away, however 842 and 843 did not get the gift piles. Is this intended or is it a bug?

edit: The weird part, on both 842 and 843 they do sell the blessing potions for gift piles in the flash sale.

You are not out of your 30 day period yet, and as it will be in mid week of events, you will not see piles until the reset, which would be next friday. 1 more week to go.
