Treasure lode wrong rewards

Treasure lode is giving me the wrong tier rewards.

I would not have recharged if it wasnt for the rewards.

R2 never replied my tickets before so i guess they will not about this as well.

If they dont i will request my money back which paypal will give me.

And then r2 will ban me.

Oh the irony...

Or some mods here can help me?

Is this for the treasure lode that ran between 10/11 and 10/17?

Are you able to look at your transaction history to see if your recharges were indeed between 10/11 and 10/12?

I know I haven't had time to post events this month, but I don't see a Treasure Lode in the file for 10/18 to pull the event from. The last one I have is from 10/11, with the following rewards structure (which doesn't fluctuate all that much anyway). The rewards are claimed per day during reward time, with an option of A or B for each tier.
