It appeared to me that some (myself included) experienced a glitch on Reindeer Fruit Exchange on GameRocks S53 (and its linked servers).
The lucky exchange was there. The 'Exchange' button was active. But when we clicked on it, nothing happened.
The Reindeer Fruits were not deducted from inventory. No rewards were given either.
Refreshing the game didn't fix it.
It started to happen at night on Jan. 9th and lasted throughout the 10th.
Now we've got Reindeer Fruits remaining but cannot exchange them for the title card.
Please help.
