Filing ticket not working

when trying to file a ticket/suggestion the moment you get to the verification you get error saying verification failed you can try it time after time after time keep getting the verification error!

Is this the next step in encouraging players to leave the game? here a example of trying to file before and after hitting submit!!!! and yes the number is diff on second cause after clicking submit you get the error and a new number to type in while it still shows yr old number

Just to make sure before any1 starting to suggest... used ccleaner, cleaned client cache, tried other browser to file etc still same now instead of adding new pop up hotevents fix this dev's

Can close this 1 seems to be fixed just gotta do it through a other way ...... gotta click on your profile page first support not through client straight to the support/ticket page ..Duhhh
