Tasselhoff S30 oi gote freinds to test me from USA ther has same frfees up in battles but r2 loars say ther is no problems funy enough it only Tasselhoff S30 who has the freez up bug, so i problay give up sinces r2 liars and going into week 3 whit that bug ther i get 1 to 2 turns while it show on others i has juse 5 titans, it frez totalt up cd done go down, you can be in fight and go sylpg and even after 2min sylph you cd on skill stil not ready to be juse, and is not stun.

I see you've been asked in a couple of your tickets to clear your cache and whatnot. I understand you've had others test for you, and they encountered the same issue. Your reply to the suggested solutions needs to be that you've done all the things and that it did not work. It's helpful to actually do the things, but I understand where you are coming from, you just need to tell them what they need to hear for the report.

I also see they don't mention what they tested your toon in. By your response to that, it doesn't seem like they chose a pvp fight. Would you be able to take a video of one of the fights you're having problems in?

They will clear your cache for you when you go offline, so please be sure to log out when you're done for the day.

I don't think they've been able to clear your cache on their end yet. We can try again Monday, but they can't do it while you're online and they have to do it during hours they work: 9am-6pm GMT+8. If you can get in touch with me when you're about to log off, or when you're okay with logging out for a bit, I can help arrange for that to happen for you.

Might be wise if they do that with all toons memory.. loads of players have problems with battles no matter if it pvp or mpd battle's etc ... Often seeing the opponent doing 3 to 5 titans and skills while you still waiting for yr first or second to go off and does not matter if you play in a browser or client...or even seeing some1 in yr party suddenly doing 2 or 3 with titans before yourself cn do anything .... Maybe when they bring the new client out they just clear all player toon there cache in the system ... I think about 2 year or so ago when they moved those meta data etc over to new server stations they had same kind of problem...think this time it really started about 3 month ago around the patch that a lot of players suddenly get lagged out on loads of things ...and most are older players (playing game longer time) so they know about ho to clear cache etc..

I don't know when your server reset is, but the time you posted that was at 1:30 AM on a Sunday for the devs. They have to be in the office, like around the time of this post, give or take a few hours.
