Login Problem for GameRocks Account

Have another player trying to return again to the game after being locked out from the GameRocks transition to R2Games.
Can use an assist to help him out, as he seems to have a password issue and his best efforts and past tickets he says he's filed are getting him nowhere in a hurry.
