With only http I get the log in page but after entering log in info every time I hit the log in button page refreshes back to log in page without my data.

This in both Chrome and Edge.

    It's not unique to R2
Which browsers work and when they work also seems to vary by person./ date / time
One of my guildies could only get in on old IE (not edge) and opera - chrome and edge did not work, neither did firefox. And since edge/chrome/opera have same rendering engine ...
Yet another could only log in on chrome or edge, not firefox (more logical), i was in on opera (both versions) and firefox with no issues but edge would not work.even though it had worked a couple of hours before.
The inconsistencies are why it is hard to track IMnsHO.

Yes, I am logged in with the link above: just with the http:. It doesn't work with the s, at least for me. If I recall, this was an issue a few years back and if I remember rightly, it had to do with their security certificate.

That would be fantastic if I hadn't told them a bit ago that you said you could access the server without the s in https.

So question now, since I can't log into the page without the s, can you?

I had all ready submitted a ticket and the latest response: "We have already reported this to our devs and they currently checking on it. However, may we ask you to also to please try to login manually using your username and password into our official website with this link http://www.r2games.com/games/ and see if it helps. Thank you! - The R2Games Team"

My AV hasn't been updated since the 17th but AV is turned off when I play.

    What happened last night was,
    1) I refreshed at reset and could no longer play on Chrome

    2) I then tried Edge and was able to play for roughly 90 minutes before a DC occurred.

    3) Went to forum found this thread and realized I'm not the only one experiencing issues.

The only other time I've experienced an issue like this is when R2 took over form Gamerocks and there were redirect issues.

Try this link and see if it works for you - its for US West 13, but you can change the server to the one you need. http://www.r2games.com/play/?game=20&server=480

I use Windows Defender and it has never caused a conflict before. And if that was the issue, then I would not be able to use Edge to log into the game either and it works fine. So far for me the only conflict has been Chrome.

I know it's not Flash, I just updated that myself. Windows 10 recently did an update, but not recent enough to be throwing errors now. It's been a few days since a Chrome update, so again couldn't be Chrome, and you'd be able to log in with Firefox if it was.

What are the odds you're all using the same antivirus software? One of the help articles I read in relation to the "might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently" error suggests an update can mess with browsers sometimes, so checking with AV turned off would help rule that out. I know sometimes antivirus updates can also increase or reset the security level, and too high will block traffic back from the server. Worth a look while we wait for R2 to hear back on if the issue is on the host's side.

Black screen with FireFox. Updated flash still black screen. Right now only can login with Chrome and then only after a uninstall/reinstall after every refresh.

Can you try with Firefox and see if there's still an issue?

It works...ONE TIME. Everytime I refresh I have to uninstall and reinstall again. Have done this 4 times this morning. You guys really messed up this time.

PS. Stop blaming us! With this many players having issues it is all on you...not us.
