Game not loading in Chrome even with flash enabled

Anyone else having this issue? This just started this evening. This message appears even after flash has been enabled.

Having same issue..was able to play on Edge for about 90 mins now can't access with any browser

It works with the client, but I have discovered the client isn't always reliable either, it often loses network connection. I was able to log my husband on via Edge and worked fine, but was not in game long.

It's the same for me - link gives the same error message. And so much for putting in a ticket... this is their response. "Hello, Thank you for reaching us.We tried to login some characters on your server and we can normally load the game.May we ask you to please try restarting your browser session, use different browsers, close any unnecessary tabs/windows, restart your device/Internet source,use wired connection instead of wifi or try to use our R2 Client and see if it can fixes your concern.Thank you!

You're getting that response because the servers are loading normally, so it might be something on your end. I tried with both Chrome and Firefox and had no issue logging into S13. I'm not a fan of Edge, so I won't be trying that.

We're going to have to learn to love the client soon enough, but today I still don't like it, so all I can recommend is clicking the logout button on the homepage and close the browser. Open the browser and go to https://www.r2games.com and log back in. Then scroll down to the Gamerocks Wartune game tile at the bottom of the main game panel. Click on that to enter the game. Does that help?

No, that did not help either. I may just uninstall Chrome and do a clean install. It's just annoying since I have not changed any settings, but doing a clean install will hopefully fix it and be less of a headache than trying to fix it otherwise.

It works...ONE TIME. Everytime I refresh I have to uninstall and reinstall again. Have done this 4 times this morning. You guys really messed up this time.

PS. Stop blaming us! With this many players having issues it is all on you...not us.

Can you try with Firefox and see if there's still an issue?

Black screen with FireFox. Updated flash still black screen. Right now only can login with Chrome and then only after a uninstall/reinstall after every refresh.
