I know it's not Flash, I just updated that myself. Windows 10 recently did an update, but not recent enough to be throwing errors now. It's been a few days since a Chrome update, so again couldn't be Chrome, and you'd be able to log in with Firefox if it was.
What are the odds you're all using the same antivirus software? One of the help articles I read in relation to the "might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently" error suggests an update can mess with browsers sometimes, so checking with AV turned off would help rule that out. I know sometimes antivirus updates can also increase or reset the security level, and too high will block traffic back from the server. Worth a look while we wait for R2 to hear back on if the issue is on the host's side.
