There is a bug with the free chest in the VIP customized pack. I am VIP and I am not able to collect the free daily chest. The activate VIP button is still lit up, the chest is greyed out. Tried clicking on the chest and nothing happens. If I try to buy a customized pack, it says only VIP can do that. Didn't intend on actually buying it as don't have enough balens to buy it.

Customized VIP is a per transaction i think. If your VIP, you can click on chest and get rewards per day. -

I found an old character of mine that had balens on it, and I purchased the vip card from the shop and was able to customize and purchase a pack, so it's definitely not counting trial vip in the offer.
